BUDGET PLAN

A budget plan is based on your usage for the last 12 months. The purpose of this plan is to give you equalized payments and to have your bill paid in full before the end of August of next year. The budget plan begins with the September billing and continues thru the June billing leaving July and August to bring your balance to $0.00.
