HOUSE HEATING RATE SCHEDULE - HH

M.D.T.E. #5

APPLICABILITY

Note: The HH rate is the same as the R1 rate and is for record-keeping purposes only.

This schedule is applicable in instances where residential customers use electricity as a primary heating source. Three-phase service is not available under this rate schedule and will be billed on the C1 Rate Schedule unless it is to serve multifamily housing.

Multifamily Structures - Any structure created or subdivided after the effective date of this rate schedule must have separate meters for each dwelling unit plus a house meter for any common use. Groton Electric reserves the right to waive this requirement if it decides that unusual circumstances warrant a single meter.

Groton Electric’s Terms and Conditions in effect, and subject to change from time to time, where not inconsistent with any specific provisions hereof, are a part of this rate schedule as filed.
