AVAILABILITY

This schedule is applicable to the consumption of electrical energy for commercial or industrial uses, or for domestic three-phase use (unless the three-phase use is to service multifamily housing).

Groton Electric’s Terms and Conditions in effect, and subject to change from time to time, where not inconsistent with any specific provisions hereof, are a part of this rate schedule as filed.

PAYMENT

Bills are considered due and payable when presented for payment.

CHARGES

Bills for electrical service consist of Supplier Services (Generation), and Delivery Services (Customer, Transmission, and Distribution) charges as follows:

SUPPLIER SERVICES

Generation $.11220/kWh

This charge will be adjusted semiannually as described in the “Definitions”section of these rate schedules.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Customer Charge $8.25 (The Customer Charge is the minimum monthly charge.)

Transmission Charge $.01670/kWh plus or minus the Transmission Charge adjustment

Distribution Charge $.02620/kWh

DISCOUNT

A discount of $.01550 per kilowatt-hour will be allowed for prompt payment if the bill is paid on or before the discount expiration date as shown on the bill. No discount shall be allowed when arrears are due and unpaid. No discount is allowed on a Minimum Charge.
