Groton is growing and there is new construction everywhere.

Since everyone needs electricity, we are involved in all of the construction projects around town. In most cases we participate in the planning stages in which we provide information and estimates. During the construction stage we provide inspections, bring in underground cables, place additional poles, place transformers and at the end bring in the actual power.

In addition to the larger construction projects, there are, of course, smaller but no less important projects where individual homes are being built.

As the town continues to grow so does the size of the electrical load. Transformers and switches need to be upgraded based on the increasing needs.
