Final Bill

Homeowners:
When you know the date of the closing, call us with your information and we will take a meter reading the day before (Friday for a Monday closing). The final electric bill will be available the afternoon of the day that it is read to be paid before the closing.

Renter:
When you know the last day you will be at the property call us with your forwarding address and information and we will take a meter reading on that day (Friday for a weekend move). After the charges are calculated, minus the deposit and any interest accrued, a final bill will be sent. A check will be generated and sent if there is a credit balance.
