Electronic Payments
You will need a copy of your bill to set up your online account. You can also make a one-time payment if you do not wish to set up an online account.

There is NO charge when using your checking account information.
Please note: There will be a $25.00 returned check fee if your check does not process through your bank. GELD gets charged for these, so we must pass on the fee to the customer. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Budget Plan
Our budget plan is based on your electric usage for the previous 12 months. The purpose of this plan is to give you equalized payments throughout the year. The budget plan begins with the August 31 billing (payment due by September 12) and continues thru the July 31 billing. Budgets will be monitored quarterly and, if needed, adjusted based on significant increases/decreases to usage during the budget year.
In order to qualify for the discount, payments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the 12th (or before) of each month. If the 12th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the payment is due on the next business day as shown on the bill.
