We
have maintained our standing as the 4th lowest utility,
out of 42 Massachusetts electric utilities, for a 500
kilowatt-hour residential bill. Currently, the top residential
rates in Massachusetts are 76.3% higher than Groton
Electric’s.
As a side note, the utilities that
have lower rates than Groton are municipal light departments
with significant Commercial and Industrial electricity
