Effective August 1, 2024, we will be using MyMeter for all your online needs including meter usage data and billing services.

We will automatically transfer your account to receive your bill via email. However, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER ON THE NEW SITE TO VIEW YOUR BILLS, MAKE PAYMENTS, OR CONTINUE WITH AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS BY SUPPLYING YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

You will need a copy of your bill to register as you need to provide your name and account number EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR BILL.

If you have online auto debit, your July bill amount will NOT be auto debited on August 12. You will need to make your August payment another way AND register to add your bank/credit card information to the new site (which should be available August 1).

If you use GELD’s in-house auto debit through our office, nothing will change. Your auto debit will go through as normal. Please check with us if you are unsure if you have auto debit through the office.

Please note: the current URL will have meter usage data only for a few weeks while the billing portion is being finalized (by August 1). You will not be able to add your bank/credit card information until the billing portion of the site is complete.
